13 Art Fair will take place in an iconic setting on the banks of the Seine in Paris’ 13th arrondissement: the Docks – City of Fashion and Design. This contemporary urban art event seeks to reflect the diversity of this scene and the different sides of an artistic movement rooted in a common language – subcultures, including street art, pop surrealism and low brow, punk, skate, and tattoo culture.
 It will host twenty international galleries representing the various branches of contemporary urban culture.
This culture has recently experienced extraordinary expansion, placing it at the heart of questions about developments in contemporary art. Urban art in all its forms is becoming the great international movement of the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries.
